QA Executive [Chemical]

We are currently looking for a QA Executive to join a leading Chemical Manufacturer in Malaysia! This position requires your urgent attention.

• Reporting to: Senior QA Manager
• Working days: 5 days
• Based in Negeri Sembilan

• Quality Assurance & Process Oversight: Ensure adherence to quality standards, monitor daily IPQC activities, resolve production quality issues, and collaborate with department heads for improvements.
• Daily Quality Review & Communication: Lead daily QC meetings, share QA Lab and IPQC results, and ensure timely communication with the QA Manager.
• Laboratory Management & Supervision: Oversee lab staff, manage test timelines, ensure calibration, and maintain quality in lab operations.
• Customer Feedback & Corrective Action Management: Address customer feedback, resolve non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Document Control & ISO Standards Compliance: Support document control and maintain the ISO Quality Management System.
• Safety Protocols & Continuous Improvement: Ensure safety compliance and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

the experience

• A diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a quality role, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Skilled in using QA tools and methodologies.
• Experience with geometric measurements is an advantage.
